Cisive is hiring: Senior UI/UX Engineer in New Orleans

Job Description:

Own end-to-end design work — from discovery and research through to high-fidelity prototypes

Lead UX research, journey mapping, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points

Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile experiences

Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system

Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel‑perfect, accessible implementation

Work within an Agile Kanban framework — writing clear acceptance criteria and managing your own work through Jira

Present design decisions and rationale to cross‑functional stakeholders

Requirements:

5–8 years of UI/UX design experience in a product environment

Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work across web and/or mobile products

Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma

Experience with a modern tech stack environment — comfortable working alongside VueJS

Hands‑on experience with Jira for task and workflow management

Solid working knowledge of Agile/Kanban methodologies

Strong communication and storytelling skills
