We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who will generate and deliver high‑quality creative materials that align with client marketing strategies, objectives, and expectations. This hybrid role supports teams across multiple U.S. offices or remote within the U.S.

Role Summary
As Senior Art Director, you will lead the visual style, design, and creative execution for healthcare advertising campaigns, promoting business growth through innovative concepts.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute creative marketing strategies that encompass and meet the client’s objectives.

Maintain understanding of client positions and the current marketing environment to adapt and navigate to success.

Oversee a team to ensure quality of the final product.

Communicate with team members productively to ensure goals are met.

Think strategically with a deep knowledge of assigned accounts, medical categories, and market dynamics.

What you should have

Bachelor’s Degree.

3+ years of healthcare advertising experience preferred.

Experience in healthcare advertising.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Computer proficiency with knowledge of design programs.

Managerial and leadership skills and the ability to work with a team.

Decisive problem‑solving abilities.

Pay Range
$100,000.00 – $115,000.00.
