We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Product & Innovation - Commercialization & Execution to join our Product & Innovation team. This role is located in New York, NY .

Impact and Responsibilities

  • Strategy:
    • Define client segment and go-to-market strategies in partnership with product and sales teams (driven by market research, voice of client, etc.).
    • Establish multi-product solutions based on common client needs, creating repeatable sales motions for commercial teams.
    • Drive commercialization and revenue realization by connecting product roadmap and delivery to measurable business outcomes.
  • Narrative:
    • Distill the value proposition for specific products, solutions, and client segments, producing sales enablement materials (talking points, pitch decks, etc.).
    • Collaborate with clients and partners to refine go-to-market messaging in partnership with marketing and communications teams.
  • Execution:
    • Own execution of client and partner digital assets opportunities (commercial deals, strategic alliance opportunities, etc.).
    • Drive execution activities across the client and partner engagement lifecycle to meet commercial objectives, including broader program management, opportunity tracking, and client solutioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Product Strategy, Product Commercialization, or Go-To-Market in financial services, financial technology, digital assets or adjacent sectors.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, digital innovation trends, and preferably digital assets or product-related experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives, drive operating discipline in fast-paced environments, and influence senior stakeholders using strong conceptual and analytical skills (e.g., executive-level strategy documents, modeling, client solutioning).
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence with the ability to build transparency, accountability, and scalable execution across the platform.
