Responsibilities
- Lead the F-35 modernization program, partnering with customer leadership to develop strategy for contracting and executing advanced capabilities for the F-35.
- Lead the F-35 modernization team and integrate across F‑35 business units, LM Aero lines of business, functions, business areas, and suppliers to deliver advanced capabilities to the warfighter.
- Provide thought leadership for effective and efficient proposal activities.
- Drive execution of program activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee orders, sales, and financial performance for the program.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Significant program management experience developing and executing strategies with internal and external customers, including military customers.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matters/solutions with senior leadership.
- Experience managing and delivering government contracts.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years relevant experience.
- PMP certification.
- F-35 mission systems experience.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to manage, coach, train, and motivate a technical and leadership development team.
- Technical and business background.
Security Clearance
This position requires a government security clearance and the applicant must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with investigation or CV date within 5 years.
Schedule for this Position
4 x 10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
