The Role

As SDR Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Development Representatives, ensuring the consistent generation of high-quality sales opportunities for the wider commercial team.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to create a scalable outbound engine capable of supporting significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs
  • Drive pipeline generation and achievement of commercial targets
  • Recruit, onboard, and scale the SDR team
  • Build and optimize outbound prospecting strategies and sales playbooks
  • Monitor funnel performance and leverage data to improve results
  • Implement AI-powered sales tools and best practices
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve prospect targeting and conversion rates
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, development, and results

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading SDR or BDR teams
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful sales development functions
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership capabilities
  • Experience operating in a high-growth SaaS, subscription, research, data, or professional services environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and sales reporting tools
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales engagement and prospecting platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
