Senior Regional Business Manager – Acute Care and Monitoring (ACM)
Location: Nashville, TN (telecommute with travel within Tennessee and Kentucky). A valid driver’s license is required.

We are looking for a committed professional to lead a Field Sales Team, develop talent, execute sales strategies and achieve the region’s sales budget and quota in an innovative, patient‑centric environment.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, develop and manage all sales and clinical representatives assigned to the region.

Actively coach direct reports to meet annual objectives through the development of business skills, product knowledge and market development.

Lead regional opportunity development and opportunity management strategies that translate into accurate monthly, quarterly and annual projections.

Provide an accurate forecast to the ACM VP, US Sales each reporting period.

Meet forecasting, revenue, margin and profitability objectives, delivering expected profit results by balancing revenue generation and expense management.

Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop clinical business strategy related to pre‑sale and post‑sale activities, competitive targets and mobilization strategies.

Develop and implement business plans that effectively utilize the local account team resources.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, sales operations, marketing, OEM, etc.) to identify trends and support business goals.

Identify, qualify and execute sales strategies that maintain existing business and support competitive and revenue growth opportunities.

Develop aggressive talent development initiatives that optimize team productivity, drive bench development and support cross‑pollination.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant sales experience OR advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.

Nice to Have

Master’s Degree (MBA, MA, MS) highly desirable.

Previous sales management experience strongly preferred.

10+ years of overall work experience.

Medical capital equipment and disposable products field experience.

Experience compiling contracts with supporting financial business case.

Recruiting and hiring experience.

Strong problem‑solving skills.

Executive sales and negotiating skills.

Leadership and mentoring abilities in a complex business environment.

Language skills for reviewing documents such as purchase agreements, financial reports, and technical procedures.

Experience writing reports, presentations, and business correspondence.

Knowledge and understanding of hospital and health care environment globally and locally.

Well‑developed organizational and time‑management skills.

High computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Benefits & Compensation
Base salary range: USD 180,000.00 (U.S., excluding Puerto Rico). The position is eligible for an annual long‑term incentive plan and a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). Additional benefits for full‑time employees include health, dental, vision, health savings account, flexible spending account, life insurance, long‑term disability, dependent daycare, tuition assistance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, holidays, employee stock purchase plan, and employee assistance program.
