Industrial Reliability Technician — Process EquipmentBased in: Arcadia, WIHours: Day shift, 3:45 AM to 4:00 PM, 12-hour 2-2-3 rotationMissionElevate uptime and product quality by owning the reliability of production assets, facility infrastructure, and the wastewater treatment plant. Anchor your work in cGMP discipline, SOP adherence, and uncompromising safety—delivering results against key performance measures.Impact areasAsset care: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to stabilize throughput and reduce unplanned downtime.Utilities performance: Maintain air handling units (HVAC), hot water pumps, motors, electrical panels, environmental sensors, coolers, boilers, air compressors, and substations.Troubleshooting & repair: Resolve faults on pumps/pumping systems, pneumatic controls, manual/actuated valves, agitators/seals, and motor bearings.Technical diagnostics: Interpret blueprints/schematics, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to determine root causes and corrective actions.Fabrication & rebuilds: Use a drill press, grinder, milling machine, gas/electric welders, and power cutting tools to fabricate and rebuild components.Installation & overhauls: Install and overhaul equipment to support process improvements and compliance.Leadership alignment: Carry out additional responsibilities as provided by Arcadia leadership.QualificationsVocational or Associate’s degree in an electrical or maintenance-related discipline, or equivalent education/experience.Minimum 1 year of hands-on industry experience.Commitment to attend training/orientation Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM for 4 weeks.Preferred background: GMP biotech/pharmaceutical/food maintenance with strong diagnostics and PM execution.RewardsCompensation: Hourly $20.53 - $29.23, determined by your skills, experience, relevant education/training, and primary work location.Total rewards: Eligibility for annual incentive pay, retirement savings plan, healthcare coverage, paid time off, recognition programs, and a broad range of other benefits (subject to eligibility).Why you’ll grow hereBuild a distinctive career across health, nutrition, and beauty—with backing to pursue what drives you.Leave a daily, positive mark on millions—sustainability guides our choices and actions.Join a science-led company where creativity powers breakthroughs—from biotech to sustainability game-changers.Advance your expertise and leadership with an industry leader committed to your development.Work within collaborative teams that celebrate shared wins and lift each other up.Be heard—your perspective is vital to serving our customers.About dsm-firmenichWe push beyond the expected.
