Channel Marketing Manager - Austin, TX

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to serve as the primary driver of partner marketing strategy and execution within our growing go-to-market organization. This role is responsible for developing and managing channel marketing programs that drive partner engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue across Togetherwork's portfolio of software products. The Channel Marketing Manager partners closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Business Development teams to build scalable co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement programs, and go-to-market strategies that strengthen Togetherwork's partner ecosystem and expand market reach.

What you’ll do
Channel Marketing Strategy & Partner Ecosystem

Develop and execute channel marketing strategies and programs that drive partner engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue across Togetherwork's portfolio of software products

Build deep understanding of partner needs, goals, and go-to-market motions to ensure programs are relevant, timely, and effective

Identify and cultivate opportunities to expand partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through new and existing partner relationships

Present channel marketing plans, performance insights, and GTM recommendations to cross‑functional leadership

Co‑Marketing Campaigns & Execution

Plan and manage integrated co‑marketing campaigns with strategic partners, including webinars, events, digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation initiatives

Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring programs are executed on schedule and within scope

Collaborate with partners to develop joint messaging, campaign assets, and distribution strategies that drive measurable results

Partner Enablement & Asset Development

Create and maintain partner‑facing marketing assets, campaign toolkits, messaging frameworks, and enablement resources that support partner success

Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure partner-facing content accurately reflects product positioning and value propositions

Equip partners with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively promote and sell Togetherwork solutions in their markets

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Business Development to align channel marketing initiatives with business objectives

Serve as the connective link between internal teams and partner organizations, ensuring clear communication and consistent execution

Contribute to partner planning cycles, QBRs, and joint GTM planning sessions

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across partner programs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize program effectiveness and ROI

Maintain accurate records of program plans, campaign performance data, and partner engagement metrics

Use data and dashboards to monitor pipeline impact and identify opportunities to improve channel marketing outcomes

AI‑Enabled & Data‑Driven Ways of Working

Leverage approved AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, content production, and research workflows

Use data, dashboards, and AI‑supported insights to monitor program performance and identify opportunities early

Continuously build AI literacy and apply AI‑enabled practices as part of day‑to‑day work

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline marketing workflows

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation within a SaaS or technology company

Proven experience developing and executing successful partner marketing programs

Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, co‑marketing strategies, and partner enablement

Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, webinar, and event channels

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate product strategy into clear, compelling partner‑facing messaging and campaigns

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable program improvements

Takes ownership and drives programs forward without being asked

Builds trust through consistency, clear communication, and follow‑through

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment

Thrives in a collaborative, team‑oriented culture

Comfortable with camera‑on meetings and executive‑level communication

Organized, analytical, and execution‑focused with attention to detail

Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Payments, and Customer Success teams

Experience marketing payments or embedded financial services is a plus
