Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Marketing Operations/Program Coordinator to support the execution of customer marketing programs. This role sits at the center of cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring workflows run smoothly, data is accurate, and deliverables stay on track. This is an execution‑focused role ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, is process‑driven, and enjoys working across systems and teams to keep programs moving forward efficiently.
Program Execution & Coordination
Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams
Ensure program milestones are met and nothing falls through the cracks
Coordinate inputs across marketing, sales, and customer‑facing teams
Process & Workflow Optimization
Document and standardize operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Identify areas of inefficiency and implement process improvements
Maintain and update playbooks, process guides, and internal documentation
Systems & Tools Management
Work across multiple platforms including project management tools, CRMs, and content systems
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date data across program trackers and internal databases
Build dashboards and trackers to provide clear visibility into program status
Content & Campaign Operations
Support operational workflows for content production, including approvals, handoffs, and delivery tracking
Manage campaign calendars and coordinate asset readiness across teams
Customer Program Support
Maintain the customer reference and story pipeline, including tracking status and coordinating outreach
Reporting & Insights
Pull and organize data from relevant platforms to support program reporting
Prepare inputs for stakeholder updates and performance reporting
Requirements
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, program coordination, or a similar execution‑focused role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace)
Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
Clear, concise communicator with a proactive approach to status updates and issue flagging
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting customer marketing, customer success, or reference programs
Familiarity with CRM or customer advocacy platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar tools)
Hands‑on experience using AI tools for workflow automation
Exposure to reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar platforms)
Experience working with external vendors or agencies

Compensation & Benefits
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & AD&D insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
