Strategic Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist

Communications Support

Assists with the development and distribution of internal communications to support employee engagement, organizational initiatives, and effective communication across departments.
Supports the creation, scheduling, and maintenance of social media content, website updates, digital communications, and other marketing materials consistent with the hospital's brand and strategic goals.
Coordinates and provides logistical support for community outreach events, health fairs, employee events, and other activities designed to strengthen relationships with patients, employees, and community partners.
Assists with marketing projects, promotional campaigns, graphic materials, and special initiatives that enhance community awareness and support organizational growth.
Other Administrative Support

Provides administrative and project support to various administrative departments, assisting with special projects, reports, presentations, and other organizational priorities as assigned.
Maintains a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service while contributing to the hospital's mission, values, and commitment to exceptional patient and employee experiences.
