Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Full‑time, Non‑Exempt. Reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communication.

Job Summary
DSF is seeking a passionate, driven individual who will serve as the bilingual Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator in the Marketing & Communications department. This role will effectively articulate and execute DSF’s brand storytelling across digital channels, support internal and external communications, program promotion, and fundraising initiatives. The coordinator will be a creative, brand‑forward, agile Spanish‑speaking professional who develops digital marketing assets and integrates marketing strategies to build brand equity and affinity. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, resourceful, collaborative, and self‑motivated.

Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Efforts

Produce email marketing campaigns.

Research and create blog content for websites.

Maintain online business listings and monitor customer reviews.

Create artwork, splash pages, and microsites for digital campaigns.

Adapt design styles and messaging for various audiences and constituent groups.

Prepare weekly and quarterly newsletters.

Social Media

Coordinate with internal departments to produce content for social media channels.

Create, schedule, and post content for social media channels.

Manage social media calendar.

Design and Video

Create and execute original graphic design projects from concept to finished production.

Assist in designing and distributing logos, marketing materials and other graphic design works as requested.

Video editing.

Admin and Reporting

Manage information in the content management system for the website, forms, staff bios, etc.

Assist in website SEO efforts including web searches and competitive research as requested.

Produce website traffic reports through Google Analytics quarterly and upon request.

Provide analysis on all digital KPIs (social media, website, email communications).

Oversee workflows, including project scoping, prioritization, and scheduling, to ensure timely execution.

Spanish translation – create, translate, proofread, and edit bilingual copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice and meaning across multiple platforms and audiences, following DSF accessibility and style guides.

Requirements

Bilingual English and Spanish required (ability to translate and interpret).

1‑4 years of experience in digital content creation, graphic design, photography, and videography, and social media management.

Knowledge of top photo and video editing software and trends.

Understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and scheduling tools.

Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint is a plus.

Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement while working independently as well with team members.

Optimistic attitude and flexibility in a changing work environment.

Confident in abilities to communicate in both English and Spanish.

Strong time‑management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, meet deadlines, and remain under budget.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships both inside and outside the organization.

Hybrid position: onsite 3 days a week and offsite 2 days a week.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing, communications, film, digital content creation, and/or related fields. 1‑4 years of experience in nonprofit and/or marketing/communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary & Benefits

$53,000 to $64,000
