Producer Assistant

to join our Miami, FL team. In this role, you will be a key partner to our Producer(s), helping deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience to our clients. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact, manage schedules and client communications, and play a critical role in preparing financial planning materials, processing account applications, and supporting investment transfers.
As a Producer Assistant, you’ll bring organization, professionalism, and discretion to everything you do—ensuring meetings are well‑prepared, records are accurate, and follow‑ups are timely.
