tpc is a growing company with an in-house creative team that handles everything from campaigns and social media to signage, vehicles, apparel, and print production. We work across multiple brands and move fast. This role sits at the center of that.

The Role
This is a dual-function position supporting tpc's marketing and creative output. Your primary focus is tpc - supporting our sales and marketing leadership with execution across campaigns, communications, social media, and design. You will also float support to our restaurant brands as needed.

Both sides of this role are real. You need to be a capable marketer and a capable designer. This is not a marketing person who dabbles in design, or a designer who occasionally writes a caption. We need someone who can do both without being managed through either.

Marketing Responsibilities

Support tpc marketing and sales leadership with day-to-day execution

Assist with campaign conceptualization, content planning, and publishing

Contribute to tpc culture events, internal newsletter, and company communications

Support networking initiatives, promotional outreach, and pipeline development

Assist with website updates, case studies, and tpc social media presence

Float support to restaurant brand marketing as directed

Design Responsibilities

Provide graphic design coverage as needed

Handle smaller and mid-level design requests independently

Create social graphics, digital assets, and basic print pieces

Support proofing, mockups, and production prep as needed

What We Need

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator is the primary tool

Demonstrated ability to produce clean, on-brand design work

Experience supporting marketing execution in a business or agency setting

Strong writing skills - you will communicate on behalf of our brands

Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects without losing details

Print or signage production experience is a significant advantage

Who Fits

You can shift from building a social graphic to drafting a campaign brief to tracking a design job - all in the same afternoon. You do not need everything handed to you. You ask questions early, not after a deadline passes.

What We Offer

Compensation: $42,000 - $52,000 based on experience
