Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary communications contact for companies preparing for and completing their IPOs, providing strategic counsel throughout each stage of the listing process. Build and maintain relationships with business media — reporters, producers, and editors — securing coverage and managing inbound press inquiries. Partner with broadcast, data, and social media teams to coordinate listing day activations, media moments, and content opportunities. Develop briefing books, talking points, and executive prep materials for media interviews, speaking engagements, and public appearances.
Draft pitch materials, messaging documents, and narrative content tailored to client needs and broader market positioning.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of communications experience, with a strong preference for agency background.
Demonstrated experience managing client relationships in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Excellent writing skills across press materials, talking points, and executive communications.
Strong relationships with business and financial media, with working knowledge of capital markets and the IPO process.
Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with listing structures such as traditional IPOs, direct listings, and SPACs.
Experience supporting senior executives in high‑visibility, client‑facing settings.
Exposure to global teams and cross‑functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
Location and Work Environment This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

Base pay range: $88,000 – $154,000
