Responsibilities include logistics coordination, agenda development, meeting summaries, preparation of background materials, and coordination of GIS products to support operational and strategic discussions. Support development of public affairs guidance and comprehensive communications strategies, working alongside client support teams to ensure messaging consistency, alignment with DoW policy, and effective engagement with internal and external audiences.
