The Sales GTM (SGTM) organization sits squarely between the product teams that develop our ad solutions and the sales teams that sell them. GTM Specialists in the Sales GTM organization are the voice of the customer and sales back to the Ads Product orgs, and serve as the business owners for delivering customer outcomes through the adoption of product solutions.
Responsibilities
Articulate the voice of the customer and sales back to the global Measurement Ads Product organization, to define product development priorities that set global and regional direction for Ad Sales go‑to‑market.
Collaborate regularly with Product and regional sales teams to influence roadmap decisions, codifying final roadmaps via adjusted worldwide playbooks that enable regional and local scaled delivery.
Modify and implement worldwide GTM strategies and sales plays for covered regions/categories, both for existing capabilities and new ones (e.g., betas, launches).
Publish sales’ prioritized set of product priorities annually, reviewed quarterly to evaluate trade‑offs and escalations.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
5+ years of professional or military experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
