The Opportunity
The Associate Account Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Quincy, Massachusetts. This position is designed for individuals who want to accelerate their career in sales, account management, and financial services.
You will work directly alongside senior leadership and top-performing Account Executives, gaining exposure to sophisticated institutional clients and complex sales cycles. In this role, you will support a portfolio of independent school and college clients while helping drive growth across the business.
You’ll help prepare proposals and renewals, coordinate client communications, manage sales and account data, and contribute to business development initiatives. You’ll gain visibility into strategy, client relationships, and the inner workings of a specialized financial services business.
The ideal candidate will join our team in a role designed for growth within our Account Executive and Leadership track.
What You’ll Do
Partner with senior Account Executives to support sales strategy and client management
Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and renewal materials
Participate in business development efforts, including prospecting and lead generation
Research institutions and key decision-makers to identify new opportunities
Analyze data and deliver insights that drive client outcomes and company growth
Manage and maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline activity
Coordinate client communications and ensure timely follow-up
Support renewals and ongoing account servicing throughout the client lifecycle
Collaborate with marketing, claims, client services, and leadership teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Build expertise in tuition insurance and the education market

A recent graduate or early-career professional with a bachelor's degree

Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Familiar with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or willing to learn
Interested in building a long-term career in sales, account management, financial services, or the education sector
Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, insurance, financial services, or education is a plus.
