Associate Sales Consultant
Location: Territory Coverage: This role supports a territory that includes West Virginia, with a primary focus on the Morgantown area. Candidates must live within the territory to be considered, as local residency is critical for building strong relationships with providers, responding quickly to customer needs, and efficiently managing travel across the region.

Role
We’re looking for a motivated, early‑career sales professional who’s ready to make an impact. As an Associate Sales Consultant (ASC), you’ll work closely with a Pulmonary Sales Consultant (PSC) to expand awareness and adoption of Biodesix’s lung disease diagnostic tests. You’ll support existing accounts and help open new ones, gaining hands‑on experience in the field of medical diagnostics.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with PSCs to drive adoption of Biodesix products

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers

Support customer needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally

Learn the science behind our diagnostics and explain it clearly to others

Stay organized and responsive through timely CRM updates and follow‑ups

What You’ll Bring

A track record of persistence, drive, and teamwork—whether in sales, school, sports, or elsewhere

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related sales experience preferred (not required)

Grit, curiosity, and a customer‑first mindset

Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%

Pharmaceutical sales experience is not required for this role

What You’ll Get

$70,000‑$80,000 base

Monthly commission based on sales target achievement
