Up to $45/hour (based on experience and education)

We are seeking a Studio Property Lead to support the development of both digital and physical properties used throughout the vehicle design process. In this role, you'll create high-quality digital armatures, prepare CAD data for fabrication, and collaborate closely with design, engineering, and model shop teams to deliver studio assets from concept through execution.

What You’ll Do

Create digital armature models and prepare CAD data for prototyping and fabrication

Support interior and exterior studio activities, including high-priority executive requests

Develop high-quality 3D CAD models and hard models for studio properties

Prepare drawings and documentation for downstream fabrication teams

Collaborate with design, engineering, and clay modeling teams to ensure successful property builds

Support SLA parts creation, prototype builds, and model quality assessments

Manage data and releases using TeamCenter, SharePoint, and related systems

Contribute to creative problem solving in a fast-paced studio environment

What We’re Looking For

Strong proficiency in NX, particularly advanced surfacing

Experience with TeamCenter and CAD data management

Ability to translate design intent into accurate 3D models

Understanding of vehicle configuration, ground line systems, and occupant packaging

Knowledge of ergonomics, vehicle proportions, and basic physics principles

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Experience supporting both interior and exterior vehicle development

Authorized to work in the US without any Visa sponsorship now or in the future
