Graphic Designer

Core Responsibilities

Visual Design:

Create layouts for brochures, booklets, banner ads, billboards, and video assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Illustrator).

Inclusive Marketing:

Develop culturally diverse materials tailored for specific target audiences, including layout preparation for up to nine languages.

Vendor Management:

Solicit bids through the state procurement system, coordinate timelines, review proofs, and evaluate the performance of external printers and translators.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain design file organization and collaborate with state and local WIC staff to ensure all materials align with program priorities.

Project Support:

Produce presentation aids and conference materials while providing technical design assistance to project managers.

Candidate Qualifications

sExperience : 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience

.Software : Advanced proficiency in

Adobe InDesig n and Adobe Illustrator a must

.Skills : Experience managing print production, vendor bidding workflows, and multilingual layouts

.Assets : Strong file organization and portfolio demonstrating design for diverse audiences
