The Opportunity:
On behalf of a prestigious, industry‑leading financial services firm, we are seeking a strategic Talent Brand & Marketing Consultant

This is a high‑impact role designed for a marketing professional who excels at storytelling and positioning. You will be the architect behind how our client’s financial advisor career and internship programs are perceived in the marketplace.

Your mission is to build a scalable, research‑backed brand strategy that attracts top‑tier talent—from university students to seasoned career changers—ensuring our client remains a premier destination for financial professionals.

Core Responsibilities:
Brand Architecture: Design and lead the "career brand" roadmap, utilizing market research and competitive analysis to differentiate the advisor career path.

Content Ecosystems: Oversee the end‑to‑end creation of high‑impact marketing assets, including social media content, video testimonials, thought leadership, and recruiter toolkits.

Multi‑Channel Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase candidate flow and improve conversion rates across digital and field channels.

Stakeholder Enablement: Partner with nationwide recruiters and local leadership to provide the playbooks and training needed to deliver a consistent brand message.

Data‑Driven Optimization: Establish KPIs to measure brand sentiment and applicant quality, using these insights to continuously refine messaging and ROI.

Internal Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Corporate Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a cohesive candidate experience.

Required Experience & Skills:
Experience: 7+ years in Brand Strategy, Recruitment Marketing, or Content Marketing. Experience within Financial Services or a highly regulated B2B/B2C environment is a significant plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.

Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Creative Direction: Experience managing internal creative teams or external agencies to produce high‑quality collateral.

Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data and market intelligence to drive executive‑level decision‑making.

Communication: Elite verbal and written skills with the ability to influence leadership and inspire candidates.
