Senior Technology Change Manager & Communications Leader

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Technology Sr. Manager, Change Management & Comms, to enable successful adoption of IT initiatives. This role will design and execute strategies that drive engagement and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree along with 8–10 years of relevant experience in change management or communications within technology contexts. A Master’s degree is preferred. This position reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.
