Bring product stories to life for one of North America's leading brands. From catalog design to postcards, flyers, and beyond, as a Uline Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead a variety of creative projects, ensuring each reflects the highest standards of creativity and brand integrity. Collaborate across departments and serve as a mentor to team members on an award-winning, in‑house Creative team.
Position Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design layouts within the Uline brand for catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing, and internal communications.
- Partner with photography team on‑set to execute creative direction and visual storytelling.
- Lead design updates and revisions in collaboration with Art Directors and stakeholders.
- Oversee creative projects as needed to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
- Mentor and support print designers and interns to help deliver high‑quality creative work.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast‑paced creative environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating print and digital design principles in a B2B‑related setting.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.
