IDR is seeking a

Creative Systems Producer

to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you'll help build, maintain, and improve the systems, tools, automations, and workflows that power creative production and asset tracking across teams. This is a great fit for a highly organized, systems-minded producer who enjoys solving operational challenges and improving user experiences in a fast-paced creative environment.

Position Overview for the Creative Systems Producer:

Own and support creative production systems used to track and manage assets across teams
Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause fixes and continuous improvements
Intake, triage, and prioritize stakeholder requests while managing an enhancements/bug-fix backlog
Partner with creative and operational teams to streamline workflows and implement automation
Leverage emerging AI and automation tools to prototype solutions and improve efficiency
Requirements for the Creative Systems Producer:

1-4 years of experience in operations, project management, production, systems administration, technical support, or a related field
Hands-on experience supporting and improving workflows, automations, databases, or operational systems
Experience with tools such as Jira and Airtable (or similar work management/database platforms)
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and no-code/low-code or automation platforms (e.g., workflow automation tools)
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to solve ambiguous problems independently
