MISSIONS As a Scouting & Digital Innovation Manager at the Digital Factory, you will actively participate in the monitoring and identification of relevant collaboration opportunities for the Servier Group on the digital innovation, digital health, and medical devices fronts, as well as in acculturating the Group's business areas to digital issues, in a context of permanent innovation in the pharmaceutical industry profoundly transformed by artificial intelligence. To assist the Head of Excellence & Partnering, your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Head of Excellence & Partnering in the search for startups, the elaboration of ecosystem mappings, and competitive intelligence in connection with the strategic priorities of the Servier Group.
Acculturating the Group's business areas to innovation issues through the realization of research/reports on topics of interest to the Group and participating in the structuring of a Group reflection.
Contributing to the operation of the Startup Relationship Management platform used by the Digital Factory department (updating information, animating the platform).
Piloting the reporting generated via the SURM tool as well as the quality of the data generated by the platform.
Following the progress of the instruction of startup files/evaluation of opportunities at the level of the Digital Factory structure and generating communication adapted to the different departments involved in the evaluation of the files.
Directly conducting certain research in the search for startups, the elaboration of ecosystem mappings, and competitive intelligence in connection with the strategic priorities of the Servier Group.
Innovation Animation: Contributing to the improvement of the Open Innovation community management tools (analysis tools, reporting, webcasts, forums) and ensuring the maintenance of internal databases.
You will also contribute to:
The development and improvement of the tools of work and management of the Innovation & Evaluation Pole of the Digital Factory team (presentation models, analysis tool, reporting, databases, communication material, etc.).
Intervening, if necessary, in transversal ad-hoc support missions specific to the teams.

PROFILE We are looking for a passionate student with a strong desire to learn and invest in a dynamic environment. Required skills:
Education: Scientific, engineering, or business school degree, Bac+5
Profiles from pharmacy, medicine, or life sciences are appreciated
Double curriculum appreciated
First experience in project management desired
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in startups is a plus

Bilingual English-French
Use of AI assistant in information research and/or production
Knowledge of the health sector and startup ecosystems would be appreciated
