A fast‑growing consulting and technology organization serving the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technology sectors is seeking an experienced Commercial Technology Director to lead client transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will guide large‑scale commercial technology programs, helping clients enhance customer engagement, modernize CRM and marketing platforms, and improve the use of data and analytics across commercial operations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop technology strategies, oversee complex implementations, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead omnichannel engagement initiatives, commercial platform transformations, and digital marketing technology programs.
- Develop and implement customer data solutions and performance measurement frameworks.
- Contribute to business development efforts, mentor consulting teams, and shape best practices and delivery methodology.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in life sciences consulting.
- Proven track record leading large‑scale commercial technology and customer engagement programs.
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing technology, customer data platforms, analytics, and digital engagement solutions.
- Experience managing senior client relationships and cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
