Global VP of People & Talent Strategy

Ladders is seeking a VP People to lead and drive the global people strategy and enhance the employee lifecycle experience. This role requires strong HR leadership in a high-growth tech environment, particularly focusing on organizational design and workforce planning.

You'll collaborate with executive leadership to design programs that strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee experience. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with opportunities to influence company culture and talent strategy.
