Creative Director, Arts Innovation & Interdisciplinary Learning

Young World Physical Education is looking for a Creative Director to lead the artistic vision and creative strategy at Boston Arts Academy. This role is pivotal in aligning arts programs with the school’s mission and ensuring high-quality artistic production.
The ideal candidate will manage faculty, develop interdisciplinary pathways, and innovate arts education. Candidates should have strong leadership skills and a background in the arts. A bachelor’s degree is required, with preference for a master’s.
