Are you a successful freelance video producer or solo‑studio looking for a consistent, long‑term anchor client? We are looking for a remote Senior Video Producer & Creative Lead to partner with us for a dedicated, 20‑hour‑per‑week retainer.

AchieveCE (achievece.com) is one of the fastest‑growing, nationally accredited continuing education platforms in healthcare. We need a contractor Senior Video Producer & Creative Lead with strong video production, editing, and creative direction skills to lead ad creative development and execution. The role is video‑first, focused on creating high‑performing ads, while also steering broader creative direction across branding, storytelling, and campaign execution. You should be comfortable producing and editing video yourself, shaping narrative and brand presentation, refining creative to a polished standard, and coordinating outside creative support when a project requires additional production capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Concept, create, and produce ad creative, with a primary focus on video ads

Lead video production from concept through final delivery, including scripting, shot planning, editing, sound, pacing, and creative refinement

Use AI creative tools to generate, accelerate, and iterate ad concepts and assets where appropriate

Manually edit and refine AI‑assisted or traditionally produced creative to achieve polished, brand‑ready results

Oversee audio quality and sound design as part of the video production process

Create supporting graphics and visual assets as needed for campaigns, landing pages, email, paid media, and social

Develop multiple creative variations for testing across channels

Shape brand presentation and storytelling across ad campaigns and other creative assets

Maintain visual consistency across campaigns and brand materials

Source, direct, and manage freelance or contract videographers or other creative contributors for in‑person shoots or specialized production needs

Provide creative direction, feedback, and quality control for outsourced or delegated work

Collaborate with marketing and leadership to translate campaign goals into effective creative

Organize creative files, workflows, and production handoff processes efficiently

Required Qualifications

Experience in a Creative Director, Senior Creative, Video Producer, or similar role

Strong video production, editing, and post‑production skills

Strong understanding of audio as part of effective video production

Proven ability to create advertising creative, especially performance‑oriented ad content

Hands‑on experience using AI tools for creative production, especially for video and ad development

Strong manual editing skills to improve, polish, and finalize AI‑generated content

Ability to create graphics or oversee graphic production as needed

Experience managing or directing other creatives, freelancers, vendors, or production partners

Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and storytelling in ad creative

Strong creative judgment and ability to maintain quality standards

Organized, self‑directed, and able to work independently in a contractor capacity

Preferred Qualifications

Experience producing direct‑response or paid media ad creative

Experience coordinating in‑person shoots through contract videographers or other production partners

Experience working with healthcare, education, or digital product brands

Existing contractor business, studio, or agency structure

Ability to scale output by combining personal execution with oversight of external creative support

Familiarity with fast‑turn creative testing environments

Role Fit
This role is a strong fit for someone who is both a senior video creative and a working creative leader. You should be able to personally create and edit ad assets, guide branding and storytelling decisions, and step into a lead role when projects require coordination across videographers, designers, editors, or other creative contributors. Expect to spend roughly 80% of your time executing and editing, and 20% directing strategy.

B2B Contract engagement structured as a 1099 role or through the candidate’s own business entity
