Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Occasional flexibility may be required based on marketing initiatives, events, and content creation needs

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing role

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Ads, and Local Services Ads

Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar design and video editing software

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Management

Film, edit, and post content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

Manage our relationship with our marketing agency; review deliverables and give feedback

Monitor and respond to customer messages across social platforms

Track performance and present reports to company leadership

Respond to Google and other customer reviews in a timely, on-brand manner

Track review trends and use data to identify opportunities to improve our ratings

Google Advertising

Manage Google Pay Per Click and Local Services Ads (Pay Per Lead) campaigns

Track performance data and present clear, actionable reports to leadership

Design new company collateral as needed

Maintain inventory of existing materials and reorder when supplies run low

We're looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own our brand presence, keep our digital channels running smoothly, and support internal processes. You'll handle everything from filming a video to pulling ad performance data to responding to a Google review.
