Summary
As an Expert Client Advisor focused on Watches & Jewelry, you will drive the high-end product category on Rodeo Drive by cultivating client relationships, growing sales, and representing the brand. You will act as the in-store subject-matter expert for Watches & Jewelry, supporting product launches, delivering market insights, and coaching the sales team. The role requires advanced selling and clienteling skills, strong communication and storytelling, and an entrepreneurial mindset to achieve individual and team goals.

Responsibilities

Drive the Watches & Jewelry business in store and meet category sales targets.

Serve as a brand ambassador and subject-matter expert for high-end watches and jewelry.

Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, executing personalized clienteling strategies.

Lead product training, support new launches, and share expert product knowledge with the team.

Provide market data, feedback, and identify sales opportunities to store management.

Coach and mentor colleagues through briefings, trainings, observation, and 1:1 sessions.

Requirements

Proven experience in watches and jewelry within the luxury retail segment, with strong product expertise.

Management or leadership experience with a track record of cultivating and growing client relationships and business.

Advanced sales, storytelling, and clienteling skills with excellent communication abilities.

Experience delivering product trainings and mentoring team members.

Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales opportunities.
