We are looking for a
Sr Analyst
to join the Media team full-time, focusing on overseeing the media plan, performance and financial tracking. This role leads tactical campaign planning across multiple channels for the US market, including TV, CTV, Social, Audio, Display, and OOH and is responsible for measuring, optimizing and strategizing full funnel paid media. The Senior Media Analyst will work cross-functionally with teams across Advertising, Social, Field Marketing, Marketing Execution, Marketing Analytics, Digital, and Product & Promotion Execution.
Responsibilities
Oversee campaign management and lead tactical plan development and execution
Support daily plan maintenance and financial tracking/monitoring
Ensure media strategies support overarching media and brand goals and KPIs
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution – working with agencies and cross-functional teams, leading plan reviews, asset requests and creative best practices, and performance evaluation and optimization
Partner with media agency on media plan management, financials and timelines
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in media reporting, providing actionable insights and optimizations rooted in data
Oversee campaign performance and optimization approach with agency partners and internal teams
Support testing roadmaps across channels, focusing on growth opportunities and innovation
Responsible for tracking competitive trends and in-depth knowledge of key partners/platforms and evolving media landscape
Provide insights on potential partnerships, sponsorships and creator‑led opportunities as applicable
Oversee local media initiatives – including market tests for product releases and local franchisee/market initiatives
Knowledge & Skills
Strong ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines
Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Understanding of audience segmentation models and application
Familiarity with measurement and attribution – marketing mix modelling, awareness and performance KPIs
Preferred Experience
Preferred experience with DSPs, programmatic buying, and major paid media platforms (i.e., Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Inquisitive with a strong desire to learn, test and drive results
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2+ years of media/relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven experience in cross‑functional collaboration and team leadership
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with diverse audiences, including company leadership, partners/vendors, and cross‑functional teams
