Responsibilities
Amazon Studios Series Casting is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard‑working, and creative candidate to join our team. The Casting Assistant will report to the Head of Series Casting, assist in streamlining the casting process, support various functions of the team, and manage high‑volume tasks including complex calendar management and detailed travel itineraries for senior executives. The role also involves working closely with the studio’s Series Creative Development and Production teams. Minimum 2‑year experience in casting and/or agency or management is required.

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience

Bachelor's degree or above

Experience working in a fast‑paced work environment

Can show strong verbal and written communication skills

2 years experience in casting or talent agency/management

Proficiency in Cast‑It, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft programs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with end‑to‑end project management

Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives

Experience handling confidential information

Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams

Experience working independently with minimal supervision

Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround

Excellent organization, multi‑tasking and communications skills

Effective organizational and communication skills, team orientated philosophy and problem‑solving skills

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
