Pay Range
$40-$42/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Responsibilities

Regularly represents the company at community events and outreach programs.

Frequent travel throughout Delaware and occasional travel to Maryland required.

Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at large-scale community events, conferences, trade shows, expos, sporting events, and public gatherings.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, schools, non‑profits, homeowner associations, libraries, places of worship, and local community groups.

Conduct community outreach initiatives to increase public engagement and strengthen the company’s presence within local communities.

Serve as a company ambassador at community events and outreach activities.

Create and deliver effective verbal and written communications to diverse audiences.

Develop creative solutions to address community concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.

Coordinate event logistics, booth representation, promotional activities, and stakeholder engagement efforts.

Collaborate with internal teams to support community engagement strategies and outreach programs.

Travel regularly to support events and community activities throughout the assigned service territory.

Must‑Have Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Relationship building and stakeholder engagement experience.

Conflict resolution and problem‑solving abilities.

Ability to work independently in field‑based environments.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Must‑Have Requirements

Valid transportation and willingness to travel extensively throughout Delaware and occasionally to Maryland.

Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) required.
