Our client seeks a Director of Digital Marketing to join their team!
Responsibilities Act as a senior paid media subject matter expert with strong hands‑on experience across major advertising platforms (e.g., search, social, and emerging channels)
Develop and lead an integrated paid media strategy across multiple acquisition channels, translating growth goals into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable performance targets
Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, creative, and digital teams to execute campaigns and optimize performance throughout the customer journey
Manage and optimize paid media budgets, maintaining accountability for customer acquisition, return on ad spend (ROAS), forecasting, and allocation strategies
Provide strategic oversight of campaign performance, including KPI tracking, analysis, and ongoing optimization to improve efficiency and scale
Own reporting and executive‑level communication by distilling performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, channels, technologies, and audience strategies to drive incremental results
Define and align channel roles across the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, conversion, and retention
Collaborate on creative strategy and testing initiatives to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness
Oversee digital content and campaign messaging across channels, including management of content resources or team members as applicable
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a senior or strategic decision‑making role
3+ years of experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including copywriting
Strong expertise in paid media strategy and multi‑channel campaign execution
Proven ability to independently manage strategy and execution in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., ESPs or marketing automation tools)
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar platforms)
Experience with project management or ticketing systems is a plus
Excellent written communication skills and understanding of brand voice principles.
