Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Recruit, hire, and onboard new Account Executives while setting performance goals and monitoring progress
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in Sales and 3+ years of management experience
Strong track record of success in sales leadership
Experience in consultative selling and value-driven sales cycles
Ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
Motivated to coach and mentor sales professionals
