Position Overview
InnerAction Media is seeking a creative, driven, and highly organized Multimedia Producer to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about storytelling through video, photography, social media, and digital content creation.

The Multimedia Producer will play a key role in helping our clients communicate their stories in meaningful and impactful ways. This position involves a mix of video production, editing, content creation, creative collaboration, and project execution across a wide range of industries including healthcare, education, nonprofits, tourism, economic development, and commercial businesses.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, enjoys working directly with people, and is excited about producing content that connects with audiences and helps organizations grow.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Storytelling

Assist in planning, producing, and executing video productions for clients

Conduct interviews and help develop compelling story-driven content

Capture high-quality video and audio in studio and on-location environments

Support creative concept development and pre-production planning

Collaborate with producers, editors, and creative team members to execute projects at a high level

Editing & Post Production

Edit video content for social media, websites, commercials, documentaries, and branded storytelling pieces

Organize footage and maintain project files

Incorporate graphics, music, sound design, and motion elements when appropriate

Export and deliver final content across multiple platforms and formats

Photography & Content Creation

Capture photography content for marketing campaigns, websites, and social media

Create short-form digital content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

Assist with content planning and creative brainstorming for ongoing client campaigns

Client Interaction & Professionalism

Represent InnerAction Media professionally on production shoots and client meetings

Help clients feel comfortable and confident on camera

Communicate clearly with internal team members and clients throughout projects

Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude in fast-moving environments

Team Collaboration

Work closely with project managers, creative directors, editors, and account teams

Assist with studio organization, equipment management, and production logistics

Contribute creative ideas during team meetings and project development sessions

Support the broader mission and culture of InnerAction Media

Qualifications
Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience in video production, editing, photography, or digital media

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro

Working knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment

Strong storytelling instincts and creative thinking skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong communication and organizational skills

Social media and content marketing experience is a plus

Drone experience is a plus

Motion graphics experience is a plus
