Customer Service Department Manager , you are an effective problem solver and oversee the communication hub of the store. You manage a variety of key services that support associates and make a lasting impression on customers.
What You’ll Do
Motivate associates to deliver excellent customer service – train, coach and lead by example
Execute all duties of a customer service associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timely
Develop service counter associate’s skills
Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of customer service and Von Maur store services
Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and department needs
Monitors and supports store online order and pick up in store services
Be available to work on-site during day, evening, and weekend shifts
