About Kakao Entertainment Global
Kakao Entertainment Global (KEG) is the North American hub of Kakao Entertainment, one of South Korea’s leading content companies. Kakao Entertainment has built an IP value chain that spans the entire entertainment sector, centered around three business divisions: music, story, and media. Building on this foundation, KEG leads global initiatives as the central driver of Kakao Entertainment’s international strategy — amplifying the reach of top-tier artists, content, and IP in the world’s most influential entertainment market.

Powered by a robust creative ecosystem — including Kakao Entertainment’s expansive catalog of 130,000+ music tracks, a dynamic roster of artists with global fandoms, 15,000+ webtoons and web novels, and a growing slate of premium dramas and films — KEG sits at the intersection of culture and innovation. Its integrated approach to IP unlocks cross‑platform storytelling and cultural impact at scale, with a mission to elevate K‑content and K‑culture as a global mainstream force.

Under the leadership of CEO Joseph Chang (also co‑CEO of Kakao Entertainment), KEG is redefining what it means to be a global entertainment company — propelling bold ideas, boundary‑breaking content, and cross‑border collaboration to the forefront of pop culture.
