Embarq Creative is seeking an experienced Account Executive / Relationship Manager to manage and grow one of our premier Fortune 500 client accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted advisor to a major brand while working alongside a collaborative and creative team.

What You’ll Do
As the primary point of contact for one of our largest clients, you’ll oversee every aspect of the promotional products process—from concept development to final delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a Fortune 500 promotional products account.

Develop creative promotional merchandise ideas that align with client branding and marketing objectives.

Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and introduce innovative promotional solutions.

Coordinate projects from concept through production, fulfillment, and delivery.

Collaborate with internal sales support, creative, sourcing, and production teams to ensure flawless execution.

Monitor account performance and prepare reports, forecasts, and client presentations.

Stay current on promotional product trends, new products, and industry innovations.

Resolve issues quickly while maintaining a positive client experience.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Account Management or Relationship Management experience

Minimum 3 years of experience working in the Promotional Products (ASI/PPAI) industry

Strong understanding of promotional products, sourcing, decorating methods, and production timelines

Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with strong project management abilities

Self‑motivated and proactive with excellent follow‑through

Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing enterprise or Fortune 500 accounts

Knowledge of CRM platforms and order management systems

Familiarity with ASI, ESP, SAGE, or similar promotional product tools

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
