This is not a narrow corporate marketing role. We are looking for someone scrappy, creative, strategic, organized, and hungry, someone who is excited to wear many hats, figure things out, and do whatever it takes to help grow the Forma brand.

About the Role
Forma Pilates is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead content creation, social media, and influencer marketing across the brand. This person will be responsible for bringing the Forma brand to life across digital channels, driving awareness, engagement, and growth through compelling content and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, plugged into culture, and excited to be hands‑on. They should be comfortable creating content themselves, managing influencer relationships, and owning social media strategy and execution from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, moves quickly, has exceptional taste, and wants to play a meaningful role in building a fast‑growing luxury wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities

Own all social media channels, including strategy, content planning, posting, community management, and day‑to‑day execution

Create content from start to finish, including ideation, filming, editing, copywriting, and publishing

Develop and manage the monthly content calendar across all social platforms

Lead influencer marketing strategy, outreach, gifting, partnerships, and relationship management

Source, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations and creator campaigns

Track and report on influencer and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations

Concept, coordinate, and execute photoshoots, content days, and brand productions

Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to identify opportunities for the brand

Collaborate with founders, instructors, and partners to create engaging content that reflects the Forma brand

Support new studio openings, launches, partnerships, events, and special campaigns through social and influencer activations

Assist with brand partnerships, ambassador programs, and community‑building initiatives

Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation

Manage and maintain the Shopify website, including product uploads, collection management, merchandising, product descriptions, inventory updates, and website content updates

Coordinate retail launches, promotions, and new product releases across Shopify, ensuring a seamless customer experience and alignment with marketing campaigns

Who You Are

3–6+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content creation, or brand marketing

Proven experience growing social media audiences and increasing engagement for a brand

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms

Comfortable creating content independently, including filming and editing short‑form video

Experience managing influencer partnerships and creator campaigns

Experience working within Shopify, including product management, merchandising, and website updates

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

Highly organized with excellent project management skills

Creative, proactive, and able to execute quickly

Excited by startups and fast‑paced environments where priorities evolve quickly

Self‑starter with a positive attitude and a no‑task‑too‑small mindset

Experience in fitness, wellness, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or luxury brands is strongly preferred
