Sales Representative, Major Accounts
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts.
In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–149 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours – work independently and collaboratively within your geography to close sales and reach sales goals.
Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans – implement a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family – strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
Collaborate Daily – serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network while demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Base salary ranges from USD $44,800.00 to USD $97,200.00 per year. *Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
