Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UI engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery and professional growth.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of user interfaces for our retail platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality software solutions.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and propose new ideas to enhance the user experience and improve development processes.

Qualifications

  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship or Green Card is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of management experience in a UI engineering or similar role, with a strong track record of successful project execution.
  • Retail Experience: Proven experience working in the retail sector, with a solid understanding of retail‑specific challenges and user expectations.
  • Job History: A strong and consistent job history demonstrating career growth and successful project management in UI engineering.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
