The Role

As Director, Creative (Copy and Art Direction), you will guide high‑concept, brand‑defining creative across all touchpoints. Your focus will be on brand strategy, end‑to‑end development and execution of integrated campaigns, breakthrough content creation, and integrating AI tools into creative workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate business goals and brand strategy into actionable design principles and world‑class digital experiences.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams with empathy, fostering a culture of mentorship, high standards, and creative experimentation.
  • Drive workshops and presentations for high‑level stakeholders, aligning complex goals with clear experience outcomes.
  • Oversee large‑scale projects—from branding and content to websites—ensuring they exceed expectations, hit budgets, and meet deadlines.
  • Partner with strategy and product teams to streamline workflows and influence executive decision‑making.
  • Nurture world‑class creative talent and provide strategic insights for hiring and growth.
  • Leverage an entrepreneurial spirit and cultural trends to deliver innovative, results‑driven creative execution.
  • Solve problems proactively in low‑process environments, maintaining a clear point of view and commitment to craft.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in agency or startup environments, with a proven track record of navigating complex organizations.
  • Exceptional ability to inspire diverse teams, foster a positive culture, and mentor others through strategic vision and empathy.
  • Mastery of copywriting and narrative development, balanced with a deep curiosity for emerging technologies and diverse creative challenges.
  • Expert presenter and public speaker capable of articulating technical and strategic concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled at building long‑term partnerships with clients, vendors, and internal teams through high‑level interpersonal skills.
  • AI initiative experience: deep experience in adapting and implementing AI tools within creative workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated strategist who remains optimistic and decisive under tight deadlines and in changing environments.
  • High attention to detail regarding process efficiency, goal setting, and documentation.

Salary Range

US Remote Range: $138,400 — $185,000 USD per year (based on a 40‑hour workweek and organizational impact). The range is flexible and influenced by experience, expertise, location, and impact.
