Product Strategist - Vendor & Merchant Operations

A leading financial services company in Virginia is seeking a Product Strategist - Vendor & Merchant Operations in Vienna to manage the full onboarding process for vendors and merchants.

About the Opportunity:

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Hours:

40 per week
Setting:

Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite in Vienna, VA)
Responsibilities:

Supporting end-to-end vendor and merchant onboarding for debit offers, incentives, and events
Coordinating merchant opportunities through intake, approvals, onboarding, and launch readiness
Partnering with internal teams to meet onboarding requirements
Serving as a point of coordination for external vendors and merchants
Tracking onboarding activities, milestones, and dependencies using Azure DevOps
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

Experience supporting vendor or merchant onboarding, operations, or partnership management
Familiarity with cross-functional onboarding processes involving legal, risk, and compliance
Strong working experience using Azure DevOps
Ability to review performance data and support data-informed recommendations
Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or Marketing
Experience in Debit, Credit, Payments, or Card-based programs
Direct experience with external vendors, merchants, or payment partners
Familiarity with Enterprise Intake, Approval, Compliance, Risk, and Governance processes
