Complete job description -
Support the Production and Operations support function for a set of critical applications aligned to a line of business
Perform in-depth log analysis to identify and diagnose issues in production systems. Troubleshoot job failures in ControlM.
Utilize monitoring tools like Grafana, DataDog, Splunk, AppDynamics, CloudWatch etc. to quickly zero-in on application and infrastructure issues
