A fast-growing B2B advertising technology business is looking for an Account Director to support continued growth across the US market. This role will focus on driving new business, building strategic client relationships, and delivering revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market B2B brands and agencies.

The Role
The Account Director will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities while managing and growing relationships with brands and agencies across the US market.
The successful candidate will have experience within B2B media, advertising, or marketing technology sales, with a proven ability to engage senior marketing stakeholders and deliver consultative sales solutions across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development across enterprise and mid-market accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners
Identify client needs and present tailored advertising and marketing solutions
Develop strategic account plans to grow revenue opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
Work collaboratively with internal marketing, product, and customer success teams
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
What We're Looking For
Experience selling into US B2B marketing teams
Strong understanding of the B2B advertising and marketing landscape
Existing relationships with brands and/or agencies preferred
Proven ability to close high-value deals and grow client accounts
Consultative and solution-led sales approach
Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially driven mindset
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
