Chase Design Group is seeking a full‑time Motion Graphics & 3D Visualization Designer to join our LA team. Candidates should have experience designing for CPG brands and be able to bridge worlds between concept, design, 3D and motion. They must identify and distill a brand’s needs and convey those needs through graphic design, typography, video, and motion. Expertise in both 2D and 3D animation with a modern aesthetic is required to contribute ideas and concepts in partnership with a diverse creative team. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to create storyboards in a wide variety of styles.

Contribute to the concept and execution of motion graphics, bringing branding, environmental, and package designs to life in impactful ways.

Effectively plan executional approaches to each project.

Execute quickly and effectively.

Manage challenges and solve design problems through proactive problem solving.

Manage time and consistently meet deadlines.

Consistently drive excellence in design across all projects.

Ideal Candidate

Excellent creative thinking and design capabilities, including typography, color, graphic development, etc.

Expertise in 3D modeling, 2D & 3D animation, principles of lighting, textures and materials, storyboarding, video editing and post‑production.

BA or equivalent in Motion Design, Animation, or a related design discipline.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines with accuracy and excellence.

3‑5 years working with branding and design agencies.

Requirements

Proficiency in Cinema 4D (including animation features), SketchUp, Redshift, Adobe Dimension, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.

Ability to operate independently within a flexible hybrid or primarily remote schedule.

Authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Proficiency in the following programs required

Cinema 4D (including animation features)

SketchUp

Redshift

Adobe Dimension

Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator and Photoshop

Adobe After Effects

Work Arrangement
Chase operates on a flexible hybrid schedule but the role is primarily remote due to the availability and mobility of computer hardware. Candidates must be capable and comfortable working remotely with teams, maintaining regular daily contact and sharing work for feedback on a fluid basis. Computer equipment will be provided, but proper connectivity and bandwidth for remote work is mandatory.

Salary Range
$75,000 – $95,000
