MARQUIS is a private aviation advisory supporting clients with private jet charter, aviation planning, operator selection, aircraft suitability, and trip execution. We are building a highly refined brand in the private aviation and luxury travel space, with a focus on discretion, standards, and advisor-led service.

We are looking for a sharp, organized, design-capable marketing operator to help execute our marketing and brand initiatives.

This is not a strategy-only role. We already have brand direction, campaign strategy, and positioning in place. We need someone who can help turn that direction into polished execution across email, LinkedIn, digital assets, light design, campaign support, and website coordination.

Role Overview
MARQUIS | Part-Time / Contract | Remote

The Marketing Operations & Creative Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of MARQUIS marketing campaigns, content assets, email outreach, LinkedIn activity, and brand materials.

You will work closely with the founder and marketing leadership to help keep campaigns organized, on-brand, and moving forward.

The right person has strong taste, attention to detail, and the ability to execute quickly without making the brand feel generic.

Responsibilities

Build and format email marketing campaigns

Create and resize marketing graphics for LinkedIn, email, and web

Support LinkedIn company page content preparation and scheduling

Help organize campaign calendars and weekly marketing priorities

Coordinate website copy and landing page updates with our development team

Prepare simple branded assets, PDFs, one-pagers, and campaign materials

Repurpose approved copy into social posts, email layouts, and visual assets

Track campaign activity, including sends, engagement, replies, clicks, and leads

Maintain consistency across MARQUIS brand language, design, and tone

Help manage asset folders, content calendars, and execution timelines

Support luxury partner, charter, membership, and private aviation campaigns

Ideal Candidate

3–6 years of marketing, creative, or brand execution experience

Strong design sense and ability to create premium-looking assets

Comfortable using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign formatting

Experience supporting LinkedIn or executive/company social content

Organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple small projects

Strong writing/editing judgment, even if not the primary copywriter

Comfortable working with a founder-led luxury brand

Background in luxury, hospitality, travel, aviation, real estate, finance, or premium services is a plus

What We Are Not Looking For
We are not looking for a strategist who only provides ideas.

We are not looking for generic social media management.

We are not looking for someone who only produces templated Canva content without understanding brand tone.

We need someone who can execute with polish, discretion, and consistency.

Initial Priorities

Supporting a summer private jet charter email campaign

Creating LinkedIn content assets and formatting posts

Helping organize a campaign calendar

Coordinating charter landing page updates

Preparing simple branded marketing materials

Tracking weekly marketing execution and results

Engagement
Part-time contract role to start.

Estimated 10–20 hours per week depending on campaign activity.

Remote.

Potential to expand as MARQUIS grows within 60 days.
