The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Communications and Marketing to play a pivotal role in shaping the brand, reputation, and public presence of the organization. This senior leadership position involves overseeing a large, distributed team and ensuring that all communication, marketing, and engagement strategies are aligned with the company's mission and impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide communication strategies, including crisis management, and will work closely with executive leadership to provide strategic counsel on a range of high-profile issues. A key aspect of the role is to strengthen the company's public voice and reputation, articulate its impact, and advance thought leadership among key audiences.

Applicants for the Senior Vice President role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in leading communication, marketing, public affairs, or related functions, with a proven track record of elevating brand visibility and engaging key audiences. The role requires a candidate with deep expertise in strategic communication, reputation management, and a sophisticated understanding of the Jewish communal and higher education landscapes.
